教育目標 Course Target
１、熟悉法庭、國際法庭與仲裁庭之程序進行與實務
２、掌握個案訴訟策略擬定，訴訟辯論技巧與訴訟程序進行流程
３、增加訴訟文書撰寫實力
４、透過校際活動方式觀摩他校學生模擬法庭辯論技巧，並從中獲得啟發。
1. Be familiar with the procedures and practices of courts, international tribunals and arbitral tribunals
2. Master the formulation of litigation strategies for individual cases, litigation debate skills and litigation procedures.
3. Increase the ability to write litigation documents
4. Observe students from other schools’ moot court debate skills through inter-school activities and gain inspiration from them.
