教育目標 Course Target
本課程為整合已修習民法債編之同學實例處理能力而設，希望透過本課程使修課同學達成以下目標：
1. 具備回答民法債編實例類型之能力。
2. 具備分析民法債編實例問題之能力。
3. 具備設計民法債編實例問題之能力。
This course is designed to integrate the case-solving abilities of students who have studied civil law debt editing. It is hoped that through this course, students can achieve the following goals:
1. Have the ability to answer examples of civil law debt collection.
2. Have the ability to analyze examples of debt compilation in civil law.
3. Have the ability to design example problems in civil law debt compilation.

每週課程將發予不同案例，交由修課同學練習。
Different cases will be distributed in each week's course for students to practice.
