刑事訴訟法乃具體實踐國家刑罰權之程序規範。傳統之教學方式一般採總論(訴訟主體、訴訟客體、訴訟行為等)及各論(偵查、追訴、審判、上訴)之順序為之,惟較難理解刑事案件處理之流程。因此,本課程改採依刑事訴訟之流程,直接由偵查切入,依序談論起訴及審判階段之法定要件及諸項論點,而總論性之概念則依體系穿插其中介紹,較能引發學生之學習興趣及效果。同時,注重同學邏輯思考能力的訓練,使學生能有體系的理解刑事訴訟法學的理念及架構,並培養學生公平正義的法感,奠定刑事訴訟法學的必備基礎。The Criminal Procedure Law is the procedural norm for the specific implementation of the country’s penal power.
