教育目標 Course Target
本課程目標在於使同學了解民事訴訟程序之實務與其流程，藉由判例闡釋以及案例演習，期結合實體法與程序法，以奠定同學日後從事法學實務的能力。
The purpose of this course is to enable students to understand the practice and process of civil lawsuit procedures, and to combine physical and procedural methods through case descriptions and case interpretations to establish students' ability to learn practices in the future.
