1.以民法親屬編(967-1137條)之沿革與發展為介紹主體.基本概念之瞭解與應用;例如:親屬之定義與其發生,親系親等與輩分,婚約之定義及要件與效果,婚姻之定義及要件與效果,婚姻之權義與夫妻財產制,離婚及離婚原因與效果,父母子女之定義及種類,親權之行使及負擔,收養之定義及其要件與終止及其效果,監護與輔助之制度,扶養權義與家等.
2.宏觀了解相關特別法,例如:聯合國一九六六年公民與政治權利國際公約及經濟社會文化權利國際公約,臺灣地區人民與大陸地區人民關係條例,人工生殖法,兒童與少年福利法,身心障礙者權益保護法,老人福利法,家庭暴力防治法,戶籍法等.
3.微觀了解相關大法官會議釋字及實務見解.例如:釋字18,28,32,34,58,91,147,242,362,365,372,410,452,502,552,587,620,647,712等.1. Taking the evolution and development of the Relatives Code of the Civil Code (Articles 967-1137) as the main introduction. Understanding and application of basic concepts; for example: the definition and occurrence of kinship, kinship and seniority, the definition, requirements and effects of marriage contracts, marriage The definition, requirements and effects of marriage, the rights and interests of marriage and the marital property system, divorce and the causes and effects of divorce, the definition and types of parents and children, the exercise and burdens of parental rights, the definition of adoption, its requirements and termination and its effects, guardianship and auxiliary system, support rights and family, etc.

Understand the relevant special laws at a macro level, such as: the United Nations 1966 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the Regulations on Relations between the People of the Taiwan Area and the People of the Mainland Area, the Artificial Reproduction Law, the Child and Adolescent Welfare Law, Law on the Protection of Rights and Interests of Persons with Disabilities, Elderly Welfare Law, Domestic Violence Prevention Law, Household Registration Law, etc.

人為群居之動物，本質地、自然地結合以互助共存、生殖繁衍、資源取得和分配等。身分係指個人在社會上的現狀及地位；身分關係係指個人基於父母子女、夫妻、親屬、家庭、監護等而發生之法益。本課程介紹我國現行法律及相關特別法。又，實務與學說並重與了解結婚、離婚、夫妻財產、父母子女親權行使、監護輔助之權利義務等。
Animals that live in groups are intrinsically and naturally united for mutual assistance and coexistence, reproduction, resource acquisition and distribution, etc. Identity refers to an individual's current situation and status in society; identity relationship refers to an individual's legal interests based on parents, children, husband and wife, relatives, family, guardianship, etc. This course introduces my country's current laws and related special laws. In addition, both practice and doctrine should focus on understanding the rights and obligations of marriage, divorce, marital property, exercise of parental rights of parents and children, guardianship assistance, etc.
