教育目標 Course Target

設計就是解決問題,它存在於日常生活中,也出現各種專業領域的問題當中。本課首先敘述設計的定義,接著介紹工程設計、機械設計、機器設計、機構設計等的設計步驟、然後說明創意設計的本質,並介紹當代設計機構學模擬和運用。Design is about solving problems. It exists in daily life and also appears in various professional fields. This course first describes the definition of design, then introduces the design steps of engineering design, mechanical design, machine design, mechanism design, etc., then explains the essence of creative design, and introduces the simulation and application of contemporary design mechanism.


課程概述 Course Description

機構學是一門研究學習機械原件的構造及其作動原理之學問,設計師除須對各式機械原件有基本認識外,且須對產品的機構運動原理做通盤考量,才能設計出完整的產品以滿足客戶的需求,本課程由基本機構概念開始乃至於機械原件的速度、加速度分析,和各種機構的解說。課程介紹的機構部件及其運動方法,最主要目的是希望學生對這些機件之構造及作動有進一步的瞭解,進而能運用在未來產品設計上,本課程主要目標是幫助學生學習產品機構設計的方法及其應用;在課程講授上將選用適當的機構學教材於課堂上實際講授;另外會以適當的產品或部件,實際�A
Mechanism is the study and study of the structure of mechanical components and their operating principles. In addition to having a basic understanding of various mechanical components, designers must also consider the mechanical movement principles of the product in order to design a complete product. To meet the needs of customers, this course starts from basic mechanism concepts and continues to the speed and acceleration analysis of mechanical components, as well as the explanation of various mechanisms. The course introduces the mechanical components and their movement methods. The main purpose is to hope that students will have a better understanding of the structure and movement of these mechanical parts, so that they can be used in future product design. The main goal of this course is to help students learn the basics of product mechanism design. Methods and their applications; in the course teaching, appropriate organizational teaching materials will be selected for practical teaching in the classroom; in addition, appropriate products or components will be used for practical teaching.
