The course has a total of 16 units; interactive learning in teams of 3-5 people is introduced from actual construction cases to cultivate teamwork and jointly publish reports. Each semester is required to submit a midterm group report and a final individual research report; use time outside the course to visit outstanding cases or architect firms. Requirements for construction design and supervision contracts. Legal terminology. Application of government procurement law.
4. Standard writing
Engineering specification coding classification. Basic physical properties of building materials. Be careful to avoid labeling methods.
5. Budget preparation and change design
Budget preparation skills, legal liability for design changes, and practical operations at the completion and settlement stages.
6. Construction laws and regulations
Examples of architects' legal interests and regulations 15 cases and outlines of civil law, criminal law, and administrative law concepts.
