亞歷山大技巧的基本內涵,在於教導了解體會人體第六覺—動覺Kinesthesia,親身理解一般動作中,肌肉和骨骼的變化。在喚起動覺後,藉由意識的思考Conscious thinking,檢視和評量自我習慣,克制舊有的不良習慣的再度發生,進而產生更有效率,更健康的生心理應用和態度。
The basic connotation of the Alexander Technique is to teach and understand the sixth sense of the human body - Kinesthesia, and to personally understand the changes in muscles and bones in general movements. After arousing the kinesthetic sense, through conscious thinking, you can examine and evaluate your own habits, restrain the recurrence of old bad habits, and then produce more efficient and healthier physical and mental applications and attitudes.
