對位法(Counterpoint)是一門極為重要的課程,它對音樂科系的學生具有多方面的意義:從音樂理論的層面、音樂理解與演奏技術的層面、音樂史與音樂風格的層面、到西方的嚴肅音樂美學與哲學層面,都具有十足的重要性;特別是它對於東方的學生要真正跨入西方嚴肅音樂的大門,更是具有關鍵性的意義。
Counterpoint is an extremely important course. It has many meanings for students in music departments: from the level of music theory, the level of music understanding and performance techniques, the level of music history and music style, to the strict music aesthetics and philosophy of the West, especially for students from the East to truly enter the gate of Western serious music, which is also a key meaning.
