1990年代社會立法進入所謂的擴張期，社會工作介入逐漸地被納入相關法律規定內，而且比重愈來愈吃重。本課程主要在引導同學認識在主要司法領域裡面社會工作所被賦與的角色有哪些，以及探討特殊情境加害人與被害人的處遇議題。
In the 1990s, social legislation entered the so-called expansion period, and social work intervention was gradually included in relevant laws and regulations, and the proportion became increasingly heavy. This course mainly guides students to understand what roles are being taught in social work in the main judicial field, and explores the encounters between the perpetrators and victims in special situations.
