一、引介社會政策及立法的相關概念；
二、說明台灣當前的社會政策發展
三、希望透過上述說明，使學習者一方面粗具政策基本知識，慎思明辨；再方面瞭解台灣現況，助益社會工作實務的推展。

3. It is hoped that through the above explanation, learners will be able to acquire basic policy knowledge and think carefully and make clear decisions; on the other hand, they will understand the current situation in Taiwan, which will help promote the practice of social work.
