本課程在知識脈絡中，屬於勞動社會學的一部分，但更聚焦於勞動現場的控制與抵抗。整體的課程安排可區分為四個部分：首先是勞動過程的主要觀點，包含去技藝、同意的生產、情緒勞動、身體規訓及互動式勞動的例行化。其次，勞動研究中的性別關懷。第三，除考察台灣本土的勞動體制外，更擴及當代全球資本主義擴張下，資本與勞動跨國流動下，各種勞動力（再）生產與控制論述。In the knowledge structure, this course is part of the social sciences of the society, but focuses more on control and resistance in the livelihood. The overall course arrangement can be divided into four parts: the first is the main perspectives of the process, including de-technical, consented production, emotional movement, physical regulation and interactive movement routines. Second, gender relevance in sport studies. Third, in addition to examining the local dynamic system in Taiwan, it also expands the discussion on various force (re)production and control under the contemporary global capitalism expansion and transnational movement of capital and labor.
