本課程在知識脈絡中，屬於勞動社會學的一部分，但更聚焦於勞動現場的控制與抵抗。整體的課程安排可區分為四個部分：首先是勞動過程的主要觀點，包含去技藝、同意的生產、情緒勞動、身體規訓及互動式勞動的例行化。其次，勞動研究中的性別關懷。第三，除考察台灣本土的勞動體制外，更擴及當代全球資本主義擴張下，資本與勞動跨國流動下，各種勞動力（再）生產與控制論述。In the context of knowledge, this course is part of the sociology of labor, but it focuses more on control and resistance at the labor site. The overall course arrangement can be divided into four parts: The first is the main perspective of the labor process, including de-skilling, consented production, emotional labor, physical discipline and the routinization of interactive labor. Secondly, gender care in labor research. Third, in addition to examining Taiwan’s local labor system, it also expands on various discussions on the (re)production and control of labor under the expansion of contemporary global capitalism and the transnational flow of capital and labor.
