✒課程簡介
本課程以《他們在島嶼寫作》文學大師系列電影做為課程主軸，一方面以紀錄片做為媒介，以年輕導演的電影語言作為引路人，將台灣戰後最重要的文學家介紹給同學，透過紀錄片，來了解更多文學作家的人生；一方面研讀作家們的代表作品，掌握其文藝美學，希望透過作品的深入閱讀，重燃新一波的書寫復興。《他們在島嶼寫作》是二十一世紀台灣文壇最重要的文學紀錄，也是台灣影壇最深刻的文學電影。以紀錄片╱文學電影的視覺語言，呈現戰後台灣六位文學巨擘的創作靈魂，包括林海音、周夢蝶、余光中、鄭愁予、王文興、楊牧。文學電影的部分，包括電影本片及幕後花絮。透過影像，本課程希望讓修課同學得以認識影響台灣文學幾個世代的重要作家，並參照作家們的重要代表作品之研讀，分進合擊，把文字、文學、影像跟電影融合起來，在這些迷人的光影敘事與文學歷史記憶中，讀到台灣文化的細膩與厚度。透過多元的文本（詩、散文、小說），將本課程定位為一審美實踐，藉由各類文本的深入研讀、探討、賞析，希望能召喚出課程參與者成為審美的主體。✒Course Introduction
This course uses the "They Write on the Island" literary master series film as the main course. On the one hand, it uses documentary as the medium and the young director's film language as the guide to introduce Taiwan's most important post-war writers to the students. Documentary, to learn more about the lives of literary writers; on the one hand, study the writers’ representative works and master their literary aesthetics, hoping to rekindle a new wave of writing renaissance through in-depth reading of the works. "They Write on the Island" is the most important literary record in Taiwan's literary world in the 21st century and the most profound literary film in Taiwan's film industry. Using the visual language of documentary/literary films, it presents the creative souls of six postwar literary giants in Taiwan, including Lin Haiyin, Zhou Mengdie, Yu Guangzhong, Zheng Chouyu, Wang Wenxing, and Yang Mu. The literary and film section includes the film and behind-the-scenes footage. Through images, this course hopes to enable students to understand the important writers who have influenced Taiwanese literature for several generations, and to refer to the important representative works of these writers to study and combine text, literature, images and movies. The delicacy and thickness of Taiwanese culture can be read in the charming narrative of light and shadow and the memory of literary history. Through a variety of texts (poetry, prose, novels), this course is positioned as an aesthetic practice. Through in-depth study, discussion, and appreciation of various texts, it is hoped that course participants can become aesthetic subjects.
