教育目標 Course Target

組織是現代社會無所不在的社會單位。接受大學教育前(或讀社會學前),對置身的社會組織通常是為理所當然而不加反思,但進入職場前,對於社會組織的類型、特性得有一定的認識,才能規劃可以安身立命的職涯。本課程將以社會學的觀點來透視各層面的組織現象,組織制度與組織運作方式,並加深同學對組織形態的理解。 此外,除少數例外(如社會工作),社會科學相關科系的專長,少有明確對應的職場,而多數社會科學院的畢業生,甚至專長有明確職場對應的畢業生,就業也呈現出異質性和多樣性。因此,「培養產業需要的專長」這種教育目標並不完全適於多數社科領域學生,特別是社會系所的學生,反而應該以「職涯展望•學用合一」為教學目標,協助同學建立「職場識能」(occupational literacy),亦即對職場有更宏觀、更全面但又不失具體的認識,從而根據自己的興趣專長規劃可以安身立命的職涯。為實現這樣的教學目標,本課程納入「都市事務管理」(行政系)、「社會領域公民教材教法」(教育所)、社會工作實習一(社工係)部分課程單元,互相支援,為修課同學提供共同及個別適用的職場識能和相關能力。Organizations are ubiquitous social units in modern society. Before receiving university education (or studying sociology), people usually take the social organizations they are involved in for granted without any reflection. However, before entering the workplace, one must have a certain understanding of the types and characteristics of social organizations in order to plan a career in which they can settle down. . This course will examine organizational phenomena, organizational systems and organizational operations at all levels from a sociological perspective, and deepen students' understanding of organizational forms. In addition, with a few exceptions (such as social work), the expertise of social science-related departments rarely has a clear corresponding workplace, and the employment of most graduates of social science schools, even graduates whose expertise has a clear corresponding workplace, also shows heterogeneity. and diversity. Therefore, the educational goal of "cultivating expertise needed by industry" is not completely suitable for most students in the social science field, especially those in sociology departments. Instead, the teaching goal of "career prospects and integration of learning and application" should be used to assist Students build "occupational literacy", that is, they have a broader and more comprehensive yet specific understanding of the workplace, so they can plan a career based on their own interests and expertise. In order to achieve such a teaching goal, this course incorporates some course units of "Urban Affairs Management" (Department of Administration), "Teaching Methods of Citizenship Textbooks in Social Fields" (Education Institute), and Social Work Practice 1 (Department of Social Work) to support each other and provide a solid foundation for the study. This course provides students with common and individually applicable workplace knowledge and related abilities.
