課程重點在於介紹傳媒生態環境、認識記者養成過程、引導新聞採訪入門、說明新聞報導型態，以及新聞論述、新聞文化政治，並透過分組討論、案例分析、經驗分享及實務操作等方式，藉以訓練新聞採訪寫作與社會觀察、問題分析之基本能力，作為日後選修媒體及政治研究進階學習課程的基礎，也因應從事新聞相關工作與媒體公關之所需。

The course focuses on introducing the media ecological environment, understanding the journalist development process, guiding the introduction of news interviewing, explaining news reporting types, as well as news discussion, news culture and politics, and through group discussions, case analysis, experience sharing and practical Business operation and other methods are used to train the basic abilities of news interview writing, social observation, and problem analysis, which will serve as the basis for elective advanced study courses in media and political studies in the future, and also meet the needs of engaging in news-related work and media public relations.

「新聞採訪與寫作」是一門訊息輸入、輸出的學門，呈現新聞工作專業、人際傳播與傳播責任的學習意旨，而且在數位技術臻於成熟的網路世代，新聞工作更具挑戰性，兼具新聞概念和實務討論為主的教學方式，也期待能啟發學生就業興趣，並產生適應新聞工作的效果。
新聞採訪寫作課程，不僅是新聞工作專業者的基礎概念，原本以新聞工作能力培養為出發點，但若能從課程中體悟溝通與表達的心得、能力，並能對生活、生命的思考，更為積極，學習成效將不僅僅是為了從事新聞工作而學習，在生活學習上也有意義。

This course is a common elective course and is not a general course.
"News Interviewing and Writing" is a subject of information input and output. It presents the learning intention of journalism profession, interpersonal communication and communication responsibility. Moreover, in the Internet era with mature digital technology, journalism work is more challenging. The teaching method focuses on both news concepts and practical discussions. It is also expected to inspire students' career interest and produce the effect of adapting to journalism work.
The news interview writing course is not only a basic concept for journalism professionals. It is originally based on the cultivation of journalism ability. However, if you can gain insights and abilities in communication and expression from the course, and can think more positively about life and life, the learning effect will not only be for the purpose of engaging in journalism, but also meaningful in life and learning.
