本課程乃是政治系政治理論組一年級的必修課程。其內容主要從四個層面，亦即民主憲政的相關理論、我國憲法條文的具體規定、大法官會議的釋憲文以及台灣地區政黨政治的實際運作等，來探討當前我國五權憲政體制的相關爭議（諸如雙重行政權、兩元立法權、多元司法權等），及其未來可能的發展。藉由理論與實際的相互驗證，引發學生對於我國憲政議題的興趣，進而培養學生對於我國憲政體制運作的基本知識，以期具備分析判斷、政策規劃與公共服務的能力。This course is a compulsory course for first-year students in the Political Theory Section of the Department of Politics. Its content mainly explores the relevant controversies related to my country's five-power constitutional system from four aspects, namely, the relevant theories of democratic constitutionalism, the specific provisions of our country's constitutional provisions, the constitutional interpretation of the Supreme Court Conference, and the actual operation of party politics in Taiwan. (Such as dual executive power, dual legislative power, plural judicial power, etc.), and its possible future development. Through the mutual verification of theory and practice, students' interest in my country's constitutional issues will be aroused, and students' basic knowledge of the operation of my country's constitutional system will be cultivated in order to equip students with the ability to analyze judgment, policy planning and public services.
本課程目的在透過對於我國立國理念、憲法的憲政架構設計、政府組織架構設計與相關憲法條文背後所揭櫫、隱含的政哲思維的介紹與說明，使修課同學能對我國憲法與憲政體制運作有所認識，並熟悉相關憲政理論，增進提昇政治學系學生之專業。藉由理論與實際的相互驗證，引發學生對於我國憲政議題的興趣，進而培養學生對於我國憲政體制運作的基本知識，以期具備分析判斷、政策規劃與公共服務的能力。
The purpose of this course is to introduce and explain the political and philosophical thinking behind the founding philosophy of our country, the design of the constitutional structure of the Constitution, the design of the government organizational structure and related constitutional provisions, so that students who take the course can understand our country's constitution and constitutional government. Understand the operation of the system and be familiar with relevant constitutional theories to enhance the professionalism of political science students. Through the mutual verification of theory and practice, students' interest in my country's constitutional issues will be aroused, and students' basic knowledge of the operation of my country's constitutional system will be cultivated in order to equip students with the ability to analyze judgment, policy planning and public services.
