織)。最後介紹非營利組織和社會企業的概念。The market economy operates through organizations, but mainstream economics ignores the importance of organizations. This course will make up for this omission. The course will focus on economic organization. First explain what
to appear the manufacturer. It then explores the ubiquitous “company” organization today, studies its impact, and discusses several cases of successful and failed companies; followed by franchise chains (also corporate organizations)

A market economy relies on organizations to operate. Families, for-profit businesses, non-profits, governments, markets, etc. are all organizations. This course focuses on two major types of organizations: private businesses and nonprofits. Through this course, students can understand: 1. The nature of various organizations. Second, how organizations conduct economic governance through contracts. 3. Various existing economic organization models. 4. Design principles of organizational structure. 5. Human resource management of the organization.
