日本係亞洲乃至於國際重要之經濟大國，然日本的金融機構與制度卻有其獨特之處。本課程將從日本經濟發展歷程談起，解釋日本特殊金融結構之形成原因，並分析今日日本金融市場之態樣與業種特徵。其中包含中央銀行，以及金融監理機構之運作與介紹，期望對日本金融、日本經濟、乃至日本產業特性有興趣之同學，能在修課之後有所收穫。Japan is an important economic power in Asia and even internationally, but Japan's financial institutions and systems have their own unique features. This course will start with the history of Japan's economic development, explain the reasons for the formation of Japan's special financial structure, and analyze the appearance and industry characteristics of today's Japanese financial market. It includes the operation and introduction of the central bank and financial regulatory agencies. It is hoped that students who are interested in Japanese finance, Japanese economy, and even Japanese industrial characteristics will gain something after taking this course.

Japan is an important economic power in Asia and even internationally, but Japan's financial institutions and systems have their own unique features. The purpose of this course is to give a brief explanation and introduction to Japan's financial system and market. It is hoped that students who are interested in Japanese finance and Japanese economy will gain something after taking this course. The course will also introduce the general development situation of foreign financial institutions in Japan and compare it with Taiwan's financial system and market. .
