日本係亞洲乃至於國際重要之經濟大國，然日本的金融機構與制度卻有其獨特之處。本課程將從日本經濟發展歷程談起，解釋日本特殊金融結構之形成原因，並分析今日日本金融市場之態樣與業種特徵。其中包含中央銀行，以及金融監理機構之運作與介紹，期望對日本金融、日本經濟、乃至日本產業特性有興趣之同學，能在修課之後有所收穫。Japan is Asia and even an internationally important economic country, but Japan's financial institutions and systems have their own unique points. This course will start from the economic development course in Japan, explain the reasons for the formation of Japan's special financial structure, and analyze the conditions and industrial characteristics of Japan's financial market today. It includes the operations and introductions of the central bank and financial supervision agencies. It is expected that students who are interested in Japanese finance, Japanese economy, and even Japanese industry characteristics can gain something after the course.

Japan is an important economic country in Asia and even the world, but Japan's financial institutions and institutions have their own unique points.
