本課程除了講解現行民法所規範社會生活中常見之各種法律關係外，並甫以相關實際案例說明，以強化學習效果，期能使同學了解各種法律關係中產生之權利與義務，以避免因不知相關規定而負擔法律責任，並能積極的主張民法上所保護的各項權利。In addition to explaining various legal relations commonly seen in social life under the civil law, this course also uses relevant actual cases to enhance learning effects, so as to enable students to understand the rights and obligations arising from various legal relations, so as to avoid liability for legal responsibility due to ignoring relevant regulations and to actively prosecute the rights protected by civil law.

人民之日常生活，無不與民法息息相關。諸如買到凶宅、泡水車；學生租賃房屋，房東不是所有權人。本課程在於使同學如何成立一個合法的法律關係，避免日後語意不清，徒增困擾。例如當事人資格，各種法律關係之要件，法律之立法精神。建立基本法律之邏輯觀念，破除以訛傳訛之訊息。同學有了民法基礎，對於其他之法律如商事法、消費者保護法，當可舉一而反三。民法要思考、要累積，非一日可成。同學不可心存僥倖之心，臨陣磨槍，不亮也不光。
