本課程在研討國際人力資源管理之主要專題及實務應用,透過理論架構複習及實務案例的導入,探討國際企業之人力資源管理規劃實施及評估控制,提供國際企業管理者建置與應用人力資源管理之有效學習。This course discusses the main topics and practical applications of international human resource management. Through theoretical structure replication and introduction of practical cases, it explores the implementation and evaluation control of human resource management planning of international enterprises, and provides effective learning of international enterprise manager establishment and application human resource management.
