本課程期藉由系統思考基本工具—系統基模的學習，輔以實務個案的研究，幫助學習者能瞭解何謂系統思考及應用於管理之相關議題，進一步幫助學習者培養更人性化的組織管理及以系統思考的思維來處理組織內外部相關課題，使之能更全面思考問題及有效制定管理政策。In this course, through the study of the basic tool of systems thinking - system archetype, supplemented by the study of practical cases, it helps learners understand what systems thinking is and related issues applied in management, and further helps learners cultivate more humane organizational management. And use systems thinking to deal with related issues inside and outside the organization, so that they can think more comprehensively about problems and effectively formulate management policies.
