In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises must understand, meet and predict customer needs and establish long-term and strong customer relationships in order to excel in the ever-changing business environment and gain competitive advantages. Especially in the modern customized and personalized business environment, marketing has transformed from product marketing to relationship marketing. How to grasp customer value, promote customer relationships, and then enhance customer loyalty is an urgent topic. This course covers five parts: customer value, business management, functional interfaces, practical tips, and IT technology. It systematically introduces and analyzes cases to enrich and enhance students' abilities in this area.
