To enable students to understand the basic concepts of environmental protection administration, planning and research, decision-making analysis and evaluation of environmental protection policies, marketing of environmental protection policies, formulation of environmental protection administrative plans, environmental protection administrative procedures and implementation, administrative relief and public nuisance dispute resolution.
