如何利用媒、油砂、油頁岩、生質能或都市有機廢棄物等含碳資源，加以轉換為乾淨合成原油以加替代和利用。How to utilize carbon-containing resources such as coal, oil sands, oil shale, biomass energy or urban organic waste and convert them into clean synthetic crude oil for replacement and utilization.
