Transport Phenomena

教育目標 Course Target

After completing this course, the students should be able to tackle a problem systematiclly, starting with 1) defining the system - micro and/or macro ones, 2) identifying system variables, 3) providing sufficient system equations - both coservation and constitutive ones, 4) choosing an appropriate solution technique - both analytically and numerically, and finnaly done with it.

瞭解攸關動量、質量及能量輸送之基本原理,加強單元操作設備設計基礎。

Understand the basic principles of dynamics, quality and energy transfer, and strengthen the design foundation of unit operation equipment.
