本課程介紹基本化工製程設計之課題,課程目標乃在提升大四同學運用化工專業核心知識的能力,與發揮創意思考能力,增進書寫報告溝通能力,團隊合作的精神,與解決工程問題的能力,從而提升同學畢業後進入職場的就業能力。This course introduces basic chemical engineering process design topics. The goal of the course is to improve senior students' ability to apply core knowledge of chemical engineering majors, develop creative thinking skills, enhance report writing and communication skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to solve engineering problems. This will enhance students’ employability in the workplace after graduation.
本課程以基本化工製程設計為主,介紹課題包括相關流體輸送,熱傳,質傳,反應等製程設備的選擇、設計與評估,此外課程討論程序系統自由度,與運用電腦來解決程序設計的問題和化工流程模擬的方法,以及基本程序合成之觀念,學生須完成一個化工製程設計的學期計劃。
This course focuses on basic chemical engineering process design. The introduction topics include the selection, design and evaluation of process equipment related to fluid transportation, heat transfer, mass transfer, reaction, etc. In addition, the course discusses the degree of freedom of program systems and the use of computers to solve program design problems. Problems and chemical process simulation methods, as well as the concept of basic program synthesis, students must complete a semester plan for chemical process design.
