教授此課主要目的,主要是希望學生能對於遺傳工程技術的原理及應用會有充分瞭解。本課程將以實驗原理配合以實驗結果及實際方法學來表示遺傳工程技術學的基本觀念,並期使學生了解如何以基因工程技術學來探討科學的本質。期望能灌輸學生基本觀念,並加強實作設計經驗.This course is conducted by teacher Xie Mingli using pre-class lecture notes and power point teaching. Students will read, organize and discuss the operation of specific genes.
The main purpose of teaching this course is to hope that students can fully understand the principles and applications of genetic engineering technology. This course will present the basic concepts of genetic engineering technology using experimental principles, experimental results and practical methodology, and aims to enable students to understand how to use genetic engineering technology to explore the nature of science. It is expected to instill basic concepts in students and enhance practical design experience.
