本課程由謝明麗老師以課前講義配合power point講授方式進行, 學生將閱讀及整理討論特定基因的操作

教授此課主要目的，主要是希望學生能對於遺傳工程技術的原理及應用會有充分瞭解。本課程將以實驗原理配合以實驗結果及實際方法學來表示遺傳工程技術學的基本觀念，並期使學生了解如何以基因工程技術學來探討科學的本質。期望能灌輸學生基本觀念，並加強實作設計經驗.

This course is conducted by Teacher Xie Mingli in pre-class lectures and power point lectures. Students will read and organize and discuss the operations of specific genes.

The main purpose of teaching this course is to hope that students can have a full understanding of the principles and applications of transmissible engineering technology.
