本實驗課程以修習過分析化學之學生為授課對象,目的在於引導學生將課堂上習得之定性、定量分析化學知識實際應用於科學實驗之中。從實驗過程中,協助學生培養分析化學實驗的嚴謹度,從實驗結果分析數據精確度與精準度、理論計算與實際實驗結果差異性之探討使學生瞭解課堂習得之誤差種類與來源。本課程將包含決定樣品元素含量、硝酸銀之沈澱滴定、水溶液中和滴定、汞電極之電位滴定、錯合物滴定等實驗。This experimental course is targeted at students who have studied analytical chemistry. The purpose is to guide students to apply the qualitative and quantitative analytical chemistry knowledge acquired in the classroom to practical scientific experiments. From the experimental process, students are assisted to cultivate the rigor of analytical chemistry experiments, from the analysis of experimental results to the precision and precision of data, and the discussion of the differences between theoretical calculations and actual experimental results, so that students can understand the types and sources of errors learned in the classroom. This course will include experiments such as determining the elemental content of samples, precipitation titration of silver nitrate, neutralization titration of aqueous solutions, potentiometric titration of mercury electrodes, and complex titration.
