本年度的理論物理導論課程將由線性空間的角度切入，介紹量子物理的基本原理，並介紹在物質科學各分支中的初步應用。

課程設計不假設同學已具備量子物理的知識，對已學過量物的大四同學，
本課程具有複習，提高與拓展視野的功用，對正準備開始學習量子物理的大三同學，
這門課程可以提供一個有別於正規課本之外的學習途徑去了解量子物理，
除了有助於你必修課程的學習之外，也可以學到一些正規課程之中沒有討論到的重要課題與應用。

本課程適合對物理有興趣或將來打算進一步在物理或物質科學相關領域進修的同學選修。
