本課程講述中國哲學史及從五經之學，先秦的諸子百家，直到漢代哲學為止，其中介紹各朝代各哲學家的思想。內容包括：(一)五經之學:以周易、詩、書為主。(二)先秦諸子百家：主要講述儒家、道家、法家、名家、墨家，儒家方面以孔孟荀為主，道家以老莊為主。(三)漢代哲學：此包括董仲舒、楊雄、王充、鄭玄等人的思想。
This course tells the history of Chinese philosophy, from the Five Classics, the pre-Qin philosophers, to the philosophy of the Han Dynasty. It also introduces the thoughts of various philosophers in each dynasty. The content includes: (1) The study of the Five Classics: mainly Zhouyi, poetry and calligraphy. (2) One Hundred Schools of Pre-Qin Confucianism: It mainly talks about Confucianism, Taoism, Legalism, Famous School, and Mohism. Confucius, Mencius and Xun are the main Confucianists, and Laozi and Zhuangzi are the main Taoists. (3) Philosophy of the Han Dynasty: This includes the thoughts of Dong Zhongshu, Yang Xiong, Wang Chong, Zheng Xuan and others.
