目標:
一般而言,國際政治學者從國家、區域間的外在脈絡去理解研究對象;區域研究學家則從國家或區域的内在脈絡去理解研究對象。對於國際或外國事務的理解,上述二者猶如車之兩輪,缺一不可。
所以,本課程將透過「内」、「外」脈絡的理解,構築學生觀察、認識台日關係的基礎框架。Target:
Generally speaking, international political scientists understand research objects from the external connection between countries and regions; regional researchers understand research objects from the internal connection between countries or regions. For understanding of international or foreign affairs, the above two watches are like two wheels of a car, and neither is missing.
Therefore, this course will construct a basic framework for students to observe and understand Taiwan-Japan relations through the understanding of the "internal" and "outside" elements.
東南亞對中國及對美國國際關係等的世界情勢再再影響著台灣。在認知此種世界情勢的同時,將區域性的個人交流納入視野,對「台日關係」進行考察。
Southeast Asia's world situation on China and international relations with the United States has repeatedly affected Taiwan. While understanding this world situation, we will include regional personal communications into our vision and investigate the "Taiwan-Japan Relations".
