Legal Ethics
教育目標 Course Target
就法律專業倫理部份，本課程希望完成以下目標：
1. 理解現行關於法律專業倫理之相關規範。
2. 發掘法律專業倫理規範所存在之問題。
3. 於個案中對於規範倫理做出適切判斷。
4. 學習分析專業倫理案例之方法。
Regarding the legal professional ethics section, this course hopes to complete the following goals:
1. Understand the relevant regulations regarding professional legal ethics.
2. Explore the problems existing in the legal professional ethics regulations.
3. Make appropriate judgments on the scope of the rule in a case.
4. Learn how to analyze professional ethics cases.

1.培養是非觀、正義感、正當性觀念
2.瞭解職務內與職務外之行為準則
3.法律人對保障人權及實現公平正義有知與行的能力
4.維護職業尊嚴及榮譽
1. Cultivate right and wrong, sense of righteousness, and correct sexual concepts
2. Understand behavioral criteria within and outside the job
3. Legal persons have the ability to know and act in protecting human rights and realizing fairness and justice.
4. Maintain respect and honor of professionalism
