破產法即將修正，並改名稱為債務清理法，故本課程將就債務清理法修正草案（即原破產法修正草案）與現行破產法之規定條文為對照，從其立法目的、條文對照（差異、曾刪）及理由說明，逐項介紹闡述，使同學能得知修法趨勢，新舊條文不同之重點所在，期使同學在新法修正公布施行時即能適應，縱在畢業後亦能知所因應。

The law of destruction will be revised soon and will be renamed the Debt Cleanup Law. Therefore, this course will compare the draft amendment to the Debt Cleanup Law (i.e. the draft amendment to the original Debt Cleanup Law) with the provisions of the current Debt Law. It will introduce them one by one based on the purpose of the legislation, the comparison of the provisions (differences, Zeng Ju) and the reasons, so that students can know the trends of the practice of the law and the importance of the different new and old texts. In order to enable students to adapt to the amendment when the amendment to the new law is promulgated and implemented, and they can also know the reasons after graduation.

使學生瞭解破產法規定事項內容，破產宣告應有之使命及程序、運用和解及破產方式解決糾紛，恢復債務人之經濟活動力。俾能從事宣告破產實務公式，及修訂破產法法典，均 應有正確準據，學以致用。

Enable students to understand the contents of the regulations of the production law, declare the mission and procedures that should be established, use reconciliation and production methods to resolve disputes, and restore the economic activities of the debtor. So that the actual formula for destruction and the code of destruction should be correct and applied to the learning.
