教育目標 Course Target
於有限的授課時數內，對於商事法中之海商法有基本概念之認識，並配合授課進度適時舉例說明，作為進一步研習海商法及自我進修的的基礎
Within the limited number of teaching hours, we have a basic concept of maritime law in commercial law, and cooperate with examples of teaching progress appropriate time as a basis for further research on maritime law and self-education.
課程概述 Course Description
本科目重視海上商業運送活動，及海上保險等問題。並對運送人、輔助人、船舶、運送、海上危難保險予以研究。
This subject focuses on issues such as marine commercial delivery activities and maritime insurance. And study the risks of delivering people, helping people, ships, delivery and maritime hazards.
