1.本課程以普通法(Common Law)及美國法之法學英文與案件閱讀暨摘要研析為介紹主體.特別如正當程序,代理孕母,侵權法,契約法等,以了解美國法制之特色及其與大陸法制發展之相互影響.
2.希望透過相關法律與案件及補充教材之學習,美國法相關案件之導讀,引發同學學習方法與興趣之建立,基本英美法概念之認識,案件閱讀與摘要能力之培養,並以透過就其他國家社會文化歷史法制等之了解,啟迪及省思如何制定與執行法律,以符良善與公平.

1. This course introduces the subject by Common Law and the English study of law and case reading and abstract analysis. Especially, such as regular procedures, surrogate pregnancy, infringement law, contract law, etc., to understand the characteristics of the US legal system and its mutual influence with the development of the mainland legal system.
2. We hope to learn related laws and cases and supplementary textbooks, guide reading of American law-related cases, establish learning methods and interests, the understanding of basic Anglo-American law concepts, the cultivation of case reading and abstract skills, and through understanding of social, cultural, historical and legal systems in other countries, we can refine and reflect on how to formulate and enforce laws to conform to goodness and fairness.
