延續上學期研究債之發生原因後，接續研究民法上所規定的債之通則，就債之標的、效力、移轉、消滅與多數債務人及多數債權人等之理論與實務進行體系學習與案例研究。債法具有交易法的色彩，於今日人與人接觸頻繁，發生財產上的權利義務關係甚多之情形下，至為重要，加上債編總論為債之基礎與原則，故研習此課程強調以建立債權問題體力分析能力為主，實例演練為輔，以建立處理實務之能力。

After continuing to study the causes of debts during the previous period, we continued to study the rules of debts stipulated in civil law, and conduct body learning and case studies on the theories and practices of debts, effectiveness, transfer, consumption, and the majority of debtors and majority of debtors.
