延續上學期研究債之發生原因後，接續研究民法上所規定的債之通則，就債之標的、效力、移轉、消滅與多數債務人及多數債權人等之理論與實務進行體系學習與案例研究。債法具有交易法的色彩，於今日人與人接觸頻繁，發生財產上的權利義務關係甚多之情形下，至為重要，加上債編總論為債之基礎與原則，故研習此課程強調以建立債權問題體力分析能力為主，實例演練為輔，以建立處理實務之能力。

After continuing the study of the causes of debts from the previous semester, we will continue to study the general principles of debts stipulated in civil law, and conduct systematic study and case studies on the subject matter, validity, transfer, and elimination of debts, as well as the theory and practice of majority debtors and majority creditors. Obligation law has the color of transaction law, which is very important in today's situation where people have frequent contact with each other and there are many rights and obligations on property. In addition, the general theory of debt is the basis and principle of debt. Therefore, studying this course emphasizes the establishment of physical analysis ability of debt issues, supplemented by practical examples and exercises, in order to build the ability to deal with practical matters.
