民法總則為民法之根基，要學好民法首先要學好民法總則，本課程即是以建立民法之根基為目標，期待大家一起來努力。
The Civil Law General is the foundation of civil law. To learn civil law well, we must first learn civil law well. This course is aimed at establishing the foundation of civil law. We look forward to everyone working together.
課程概述 Course Description
說明我國民法總則編之原理原則，注意培養對我國法制的瞭解，從學理與實務上學習民法之運用方法。
Explain the principles and principles of the General Assembly of Civil Law of our country, pay attention to cultivating our understanding of the legal system of our country, and learn the methods of using civil law from the perspective of learning and practice.
