教育目標 Course Target
企業併購是企業調整組織，以增加競爭力的方式，本課程以廣義的企業併購為對象，探討企業併購時所應注意的各項法律風險。
Corporate mergers and acquisitions are a way for enterprises to adjust their organizations to increase competitiveness. This course takes corporate mergers and acquisitions in a broad sense and discusses various legal risks that should be paid attention to during corporate mergers and acquisitions.
