國際私法近來的研究重心都是偏重於實體法上準據法的選擇問題，然由於我國對外貿易蓬勃發展，發現於實務上我國法院及律師界最感迫切及困擾的問題為程序上管轄權確認問題。是以，本學期研究重心將以比較法之觀點來探討管轄權之問題。Recent research on private international law has focused on the selection of applicable law in substantive law. However, due to the booming development of my country's foreign trade, it has been found that the most pressing and troublesome issue for our courts and lawyers in practice is the confirmation of procedural jurisdiction. problem. Therefore, the focus of this semester's research will be to explore the issue of jurisdiction from the perspective of comparative law.
