教育目標 Course Target
近年來，經濟犯罪日益嚴重，有別於一般犯罪，經濟犯罪之行為人多為白領階級，不法獲利卻數倍乃至數百倍於一般犯罪。本課程將從犯罪學、刑事法學、刑事政策以及國際法的角度探討經濟犯罪，希望在課堂上的討論，能對於經濟刑法有進一步的瞭解。本課程上課方式為，前十二週由授課教師針對特定主題授課，後六週須由修課同學選擇報告主題，作三十分鐘的報告。
In recent years, economic crimes have become increasingly serious, different from general crimes. Most of the people who commit economic crimes are white-level, and illegal profits are several times or even hundreds of times as high as general crimes. This course will explore economic crime from the perspective of criminal science, criminal law, criminal policy and international law. We hope that the discussion in the class will give you a further understanding of economic criminal law. The course is the first twelve weeks of teaching teachers to teach specific topics, and the next six weeks of classmates must choose to report topics and make thirty minutes of reports.
