教育目標 Course Target

系統思考(Systems Thinking)已逐漸成為政策分析與評估的重要思考方式,而以系統思考為基礎的系統動力學(System Dynamics),更以政策模擬的方式,使政策分析家對動態且複雜的政策問題能有整體的了解。本課程試圖讓同學了解系統思考的基本觀念,並了解系統思考與我們日常生活的相關性,再藉由簡易政策模型的建立,以及對較複雜之政策模型的研究,來熟悉系統動力學在公共政策上的實際應用。Systems Thinking has gradually become an important way of thinking for policy analysis and evaluation, and System Dynamics, which is based on systems thinking, uses policy simulation to enable policy analysts to analyze dynamic and complex policies. The problem can be understood as a whole. This course attempts to allow students to understand the basic concepts of systems thinking and understand the relevance of systems thinking to our daily lives. Through the establishment of simple policy models and the study of more complex policy models, students can become familiar with the role of system dynamics in public affairs. Practical application in policy.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程主要是藉由系統思考與系統動力學模型建構的過程,幫助學生進行學習如何政策分析,了解政策問題產生的主要因素,以及尋找解決問題的方法。
This course mainly uses the process of systems thinking and system dynamics model construction to help students learn how to analyze policy, understand the main factors that generate policy issues, and find ways to solve problems.
