本課程在協助同學認識國際與臺灣關注的廉政問題，並探討廉政與政府治理間的關係。主要透過相關文獻的閱讀與討論，協助同學認識目前廉政的發展趨勢。討論的內容包括廉政測量、行政控制、政府透明、全球治理等課題。
This course helps students understand the integrity issues of concern internationally and in Taiwan, and explores the relationship between integrity and government governance. Mainly through the reading and discussion of relevant literature, it helps students understand the current development trends of clean government. The topics discussed included integrity measurement, administrative control, government transparency, global governance and other topics.
