教育目標 Course Target

質性研究的方法論種類繁多,課程設計的方向也十分多元化。本課程除了將介紹幾種主要的質性研究法之外,更注重操練實地執行研究的能力。質性研究方法眾多,教師將鎖定常見而重要的田野調查法與深入訪談法這兩項研究法進行實習,也特別著重質性資料的整理與分析等關鍵技巧的研習。課程進行的單元包括「質性研究的基本概念」、「質性研究的取徑與資料蒐集方法」,以及「質性資料的整理、分析與報告的撰寫」三大範疇。學生需於期初開始擬定一個質性研究報告的計畫,執行期間為一學期,最好將此小型研究定位為學位論文的前置研究,或是學位論文的其中一個章節,期末將進行初步研究成果發表會。本堂課需定期繳交:1. 每週的基本文獻memo; 2. 六次質性研究課後實習作業。同學且需輪流導讀基本文獻。修課者應循序完成上述學業任務,並且對每堂課的研討盡心盡力,以期按部就班於期末撰寫出嚴謹的質性研究報告,為自身的學位論文進度與社會科學視野的拓展帶來建設性的效益。本學期課程的另一特色在於「質性研究工作坊」的設計:學期間將邀請國內質性研究領域的傑出社會學者至課堂進行講座,讓同學透過與學者互動的方式,習得深刻的研究要領與經驗。本課程的設計緊鑼密鼓,期待修課的同學皆能用心投入,並能獲致紮實的斬獲。There are many types of methods for quality research, and the direction of course design is also very diverse. In addition to introducing several major quality research methods, this course focuses more on practicing the ability to carry out research. There are many quality research methods. The teachers will implement the two research methods, namely common and important field survey methods and in-depth interview methods, and also focus on the research of key techniques such as the collation and analysis of quality data. The individuals conducted in the course include three major issues: "the basic concept of quality research", "the acquisition and data collection method of quality research", and "organization, analysis and writing of quality data". Students need to start defining a plan for a quality research report at the beginning of the period, and the execution period is a period of time. It is best to position this small study as a pre-research for the academic essay, or one of the chapters of the academic essay, and a preliminary research result presentation will be conducted at the end of the period. This class must be submitted regularly: 1. The basic teaching memo per week; 2. The practice after six quality research courses. Students and need to read basic texts through the flow. The trainees should complete the above academic tasks step by step, and do their best to discuss each course, in order to write a serious and detailed research report at the end of the period step by step, bringing constructive benefits to the progress of their academic papers and the expansion of social science vision. Another feature of this course is the design of the "Quality Research Workshop": During the study, students from the domestic quality research field will be invited to the classroom for lectures, so that students can learn to gain profound research and experience through interaction with students. The design of this course is very strong, and I hope that all students who take the course can devote themselves to it and achieve real results.


課程概述 Course Description

質化研究是一門社會科學領域常用的研究方法論課程,本課程介紹餐旅領域常使用之質化研究方法的觀點與研究過程,以文本分析研究為主認識質化研究特質,詮釋典範的相關觀點、量化與質化研究差異、質性研究企劃過程、資料收集方法及技巧、研究倫理、寫作方式等;並協助同學選擇碩士論文主題、找出問題意識、整理文獻、擬出研究架構,撰寫研究大綱、並執行質化研究過程。
Quality research is a commonly used research method discussion course in the field of social sciences. This course introduces the perspectives and research processes of quality research methods commonly used in the field of catering and tourism. It mainly recognizes the characteristics of quality research, and describes the relevant views, quantification and quality of the classics. Research differences, quality research planning processes, data collection methods and techniques, research ethics, writing methods, etc.; and help students choose the topic of literacy, find out the problem ideas, organize the articles, draw out the research structure, write research issues, and execute the quality research process.
