隨市場經濟與政府機制的失靈，加上民眾逐漸對政府的不信任，使得師法企業與非營利組織組織的興起已成為現代社會之常態。本課程旨在使修課學生瞭解現階段政府（﹧企業）與非營利組織間關係之發展，藉此提升對於第一（政府）、第二（企業）部門外，第三部門（非營利組織）於公民社會發展過程中扮演之角色與價值，同時透過理論與實務案例了解與釐清其間之各種互動關係。

With the failure of the market economy and government mechanisms, and the people's gradual distrust of the government, the rise of law-based enterprises and non-profit organizations has become the norm in modern society. This course aims to enable students to understand the current development of the relationship between the government (corporations) and non-profit organizations, thereby enhancing their understanding of the role and value of the third sector (non-profit organizations) in addition to the first (government) and second (corporate) sectors in the development of civil society. At the same time, they will understand and clarify the various interactive relationships between them through theoretical and practical cases.
