課程目標

下列目標為本課程所追求瞭解：
1.公共政策學所慣用的主要概念、模型、所追求的主要價值、及受到討論的議題。
2.政治及社會系絡。
3.公共政策的過程：公共問題認定、政策議程設定與規劃、立法程序及合法化、公共組織及執行程序、評估及成本效益分析。
4.提升政府的公共政策功能。
5.提高吾人對公共政策的瞭解並對公共事務提出改善之建議。

Course Target

The following goals are what this course seeks to understand:
