6102 - 組織制度與當代企業 英授 Taught in English
教育目標 Course Target
本課程希望由社會學與管理學的觀點，共同思考當前企業所面臨的重大議題。首先，我們希望培養學生較為宏觀的思考方式，在企業內部之外也能對產業與總體經營環境有更深刻的認識，進一步思考企業運作的本質，並分析各項重大議題對於企業與社會的可能影響。具體而言，我們希望培養學生對於組織、制度、社會乃至全球化不同層次議題的思考能力，也希望能透過對於這些問題的進一步思考，而能對企業營運，特別是如何能夠提升長期的生存與競爭力有所助益。
This course hopes to take the perspective of social and management into consideration the major issues facing current enterprises. First of all, we hope to cultivate students' thinking styles to have a deeper understanding of the industry and overall operating environment outside the company, further think about the nature of corporate operations, and analyze the possible impact of various major issues on enterprises and society. Specifically, we hope to cultivate students' thinking ability on different levels of organization, system, society and even globalization, and we also hope to be able to help enterprises in their business operations, especially how to improve long-term survival and competitiveness through further thinking about these problems.
