本課程包括觀念架構解析與實務分享。本課程主要根據本人所發展之社會企業經營模式之觀念架構為基礎,再邀請社會企業家分享其實務經驗。觀念架構,如圖3。最內層為系統建構,包括社會企業的經營理念、品牌行銷、產品服務、研發創新、成效評估。第二層為利害關係人,包括顧客、供應商、競爭者與互補者四種類型。第三層為政府角色,包括租稅優惠、經費補助、輔導機制、法規規範。最外層為外在環境,包括政治、經濟、社會、生態、科技、人口等。This course includes conceptual framework analysis and practical sharing. This course is mainly based on the conceptual framework of the social enterprise business model developed by me, and then invites social entrepreneurs to share their practical experiences. Conceptual structure, as shown in Figure 3. The innermost layer is system construction, including the business philosophy, brand marketing, product services, R&D innovation, and effectiveness evaluation of social enterprises. The second level is stakeholders, including four types: customers, suppliers, competitors and complementors. The third level is the role of the government, including tax incentives, funding subsidies, guidance mechanisms, and regulations. The outermost layer is the external environment, including politics, economy, society, ecology, technology, population, etc.
