However, general public opinion generally believes that medical institutions have a relatively conservative attitude towards the use of information technology. Why will information technology have a significant impact on the global industry? Change, what is the importance of information to organizations? What is the relationship between information and information technology? How to manage information resources? These are all issues that need to be answered by information management.
