經營組織之研究近年來深受國內企業界重視。經營組織把人和組織結合在一起，透過系統化的方法，使個人得到發展，並達成企業組織目標為目的。經營組織實務將探討經營管理學的發展、企業組織文化與社會責任、決策與規劃、人力資源發展、領導與控制、組織結構、科技管理、經營管理趨勢等。本課程並以國內外著名服務業與製造業之實務為案例，探討經營組織中之實務問題。

The study of business organizations has received much attention from domestic business circles in recent years. The management organization combines people and organizations to develop individuals and achieve organizational goals through systematic methods. The practice of business organization will explore the development of business management, corporate organizational culture and social responsibility, decision-making and planning, human resource development, leadership and control, organizational structure, technology management, business management trends, etc. This course uses cases from well-known service and manufacturing industries at home and abroad to explore practical issues in business organizations.
