經營組織之研究近年來深受國內企業界重視。經營組織把人和組織結合在一起，透過系統化的方法，使個人得到發展，並達成企業組織目標為目的。經營組織實務將探討經營管理學的發展、企業組織文化與社會責任、決策與規劃、人力資源發展、領導與控制、組織結構、科技管理、經營管理趨勢等。本課程並以國內外著名服務業與製造業之實務為案例，探討經營組織中之實務問題。Research on business organizations has been highly valued by the domestic enterprise community in recent years. The organization combines people and organizations, through systematic methods, enables individuals to develop and achieves corporate organization goals for the purpose. The organizational practice will explore the development of business management, corporate organizational culture and social responsibility, decision-making and planning, human resources development, leadership and control, organizational structure, science and technology management, business management trends, etc. This course also uses the practice of famous domestic and foreign service industries as a case study to explore practical problems in business organizations.
