轉譯醫學， 主要是一門銜接臨床疾病和基礎醫學科學研究的一門課 。 由於人類基因體計畫的完成， 課程會探討人類後基因體時代， 生物資訊 所帶給人類醫療研究的幫助與衝擊。這門課今年將採取分組上課 (2-5 人一組) 。 前面幾堂課， 是以上課的方式， 之後會讓各組學生們以團隊方式， 找出自己感興趣的題材，依團隊輪流報告或進行課堂上討論。研究及報告的題材可以目前人類所面臨的疾病當中挑選出來 (例如阿滋海默症、 癌症 、心臟猝死、新流感等等。 學生可自由尋找團隊有興趣的研究題目 ) 。 課堂上， 本課教師以鼓勵及帶領團隊討論的方式，在這一學期當中，找出可能帶有特殊疾病之Biomarker 或以research and technical development 的方式找出臨床疾病所面臨的挑戰。 所走的方向希望能以群策群力的方式開發新產品 (Biomarker)或改善提升醫療技術等進而創造出有商業價值的醫藥或檢測產品之研發及構想。Transferred medicine is mainly a course in the field of clinical diseases and basic medical scientific research. Due to the completion of human genomics, the course will explore the post-genomic era of humans, and biological information brings help and impacts to human medical research. This class will be divided into classes this year (one of 2-5 people). The previous few classes are the above courses. After that, students will be allowed to find out the topics they are interested in in teams and discuss them in class according to team flow reports or in class. Research and reporting topics can be selected from the current diseases faced by humans (such as Alzheimer's disease, cancer, sudden cardiac death, new flu, etc. Students can freely find research topics that are interesting to the team). During the class, this class teacher uses encouragement and leadership discussions to find out the challenges facing clinical diseases during this school period by finding Biomarkers who may have special diseases or research and technical development. The direction we are heading hopes to develop new products (Biomarkers) in a collective way or improve medical technology and improve research and development and concepts for medical and testing products with commercial value.
